Position Description:The Workplace Tech Customer Experience department leads the integration of employee technology across the enterprise to provide an exceptional technology experience at Ford Motor Company. We listen to our internal customers (Ford employees) to understand their technology experiences, design EPIC solutions that integrate tech services, and communicate and engage tech improvements across the company.Within Workplace Tech CX, the CX Strategy & Integration team is accountable for creating and driving our formal CX strategy, and driving the integration of customer experiences across service lines. Our customers feel, Wow, I matter to Ford.The customer journeys have three distinct phases of Get Tech, Use Tech, and Tech Help. The candidate will focus on the Use Tech experience. Specifically, identifying which experiences are within scope, designing frameworks and templates for Knowledge-Based Articles, and validating outputs.Responsibilities:Focus on developing and testing frameworks for Use Tech, possibly including identifying customer touchpoints.Mapping integrated customer journeys.Designing experience scope and templates in preparation for an upcoming ServiceNow launch.Collaborate with members of the larger Tech CX team in knowledge sharing, review sessions, and leveraging the team’s design, communication, and engagement capabilities.Utilize design knowledge while making an impact and contributing to the IT workplace customer experience at Ford.Skills Required:Excellent communication and storytelling ability.Self-motivated, and able to work in a collaborative team environment.Values iteration and refinement and takes pride in high-quality output.Experience Required:Strong understanding of User-Centered Design Methodology and Design Thinking.Proficiency in UX Design and User Research tools, measurements, and models.Previous experience in an Agile environment.Education Required:Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Work Pattern Details:
