This role is compensation grade F3.We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to be a part of a corporate marketing team to gain experience and knowledge about large brand, distribution and product marketing. This role is part marketing management and part project management.When wearing a project manager hat, you will be responsible for collaborating across various teams to ensure quality, on-time delivery of a wide variety of marketing requests, from full-scope strategic marketing efforts to quick-turn updates. This role requires a comfort level with a high volume of projects, and an ability to effectively manage that volume to completion on a rolling basis. You will demonstrate an ability to quickly assess marketing requests and collaboratively define an action plan that satisfies objectives and ensures quality execution.As you grow in this role, you will end up overseeing all aspects of a project, also wearing a marketing manager hat. You will assist and implement the overall development and execution of marketing strategies for shorter-range / medium projects. We will count on you to coordinate various marketing tactics for execution and work with internal teams and external vendors to achieve business results.Role

This role is dedicated to the Annuity Specialized Distribution/Sales Channel, and will assist in the development and execution of strategic projects to support its growth by:Project managing and overseeing the execution of campaigns and product launches (list generation, calendar planning, priority discussions, etc.)Collaborating with internal and external agencies to provide timeline, cost estimates, risks, etc. associated with projects.Contributing to tactic recommendations, manage the review of marketing material and offer perspective during reviews.Overseeing quality control of all deliverables.Using project management software to ensure regulatory compliance for marketing tactics.Performing other duties as assigned.Job Description Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

Assists channel marketing leadership with the planning and execution of day-to-day activities and projects that directly support the implementation and optimization of an organization’s go-to-market resources. This may include but is not limited to: selection of best channel or combination of channels to sell a product, marketing campaign creative services needs, affinity marketing relationships, local market execution and interaction with sales. Part of a team that is responsible for deciding best channels or combination of channels to sell a product, (e.g. telephone, web, vendor/affinity, exclusive/independent/direct agency sales, etc.) based on the needs and buying behavior of the target market.Job Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a closely related field preferred.Experience:

Typically 6 or more years of related experience in identifying business opportunities, developing and executing marketing campaigns and plans.Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of the principles of marketing campaign development and execution. Knowledge of current practices in managing marketing campaigns. Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis and sales.Skills/Competencies:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must have working skills in project planning, executing, and implementing. Ability to adjust to ambiguous work or project environments. Ability to quickly pick up and comprehend foreign concepts and practices. Ability to learn through coaching and expert and analytical. Ability to thoroughly follow direction and plans. Ability to work independently without management or team assistance. Must be an experienced team player. Ability to operate a personal computer and advanced business software.Values:
