After a few years, we decided we wanted to do more; in 2014, we opened our factory in Winnsboro, SC making Element the only major television company assembling TVs in the United States. Today, we continue to push ourselves and have expanded our product range of electronics and home appliances while continuing to provide customers with products with the latest technology, but at the most accessible prices.The Marketing Manager will oversee Marketing Strategy, Execution, and Assets upholding the Element Portfolio Guidelines, Mission, and Vision. In partnership with the Marketing and Creative team, develop and deliver a Marketing Plan with Target Demographics, Campaigns, Goals, and Results to drive Brand and Product Awareness and support Top-line sales growth. Manage brand, product, and digital strategy, while developing and training marketing support team members.Brand Strategy and Management

Have experience leading a category/Brand = i.e. Strategy, planning & governance to Strategy, Commitments, Roadmaps (Resourcing), team goals & priorities, budgets & KPIS.Have experience with brand, campaigns, messaging, marketing programs, Omni channel strategy, Voice of Consumer, Insights, consumer target.Has had experience / Led Brand/product content & communication providing strategic oversight to content creation, including sales enablement, brand communications, internal communications.Has experience with ensuring brand consistency and brand guidelines management across different brands, products, and markets.Translated the organization's needs into Creative Briefs that align teams and project goals.Partnered across the organization to deliver New Customer Growth and retention strategies.Partnered with finance/product on analytic capabilities & insights to build performance indicators and drive increased financial gains.Responsible for brand insights, industry research, and competitive research.Digital Strategy and Management

Drives engagement, optimal performance, and conversion of digital traffic through the development of digital Marketing and social strategies and tactics.Manage, create, and ensure execution of social media content calendar.Provide recommendations and planning for paid media & social.Owns digital UX, monitors and interprets analytic data (Google Analytics, SEO, and ad word optimizations), and recommends optimization of the digital ecosystem.Identify SEO and ad word optimizations and execute based on analytics.Manages the website developer.Manage the accuracy of all content, product pages, specs, FAQs, and implementation of site changes.Oversee content management system (Salsify, Syndigo), ensure that these systems are updated, and communicate capabilities to the organization for efficiencies for retailer data management.Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation management.Support Retailer Program creation to Drive and Manage Review partners to ensure online reviews are distributed and accurately reflected.Vendor management/Contracts – Bizarre voice.Community management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.Team Management and cross-functional Project Leadership.Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service Team Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent improvements and innovation.Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.Marketing Team Management

Manage Marketing Associate to ensure development and projects are completed successfully.Develop a Marketing Internship Program and seek new ways to attract marketing talent to the organization.Ad hoc Projects as NeededSPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's degree (emphasis in marketing/business/management or related field).5-7 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, advertising or related field.1-3 years leading a team of Marketing professionals.Electronics Industry experience preferred, but not required.Familiarity with paid digital advertising, retailer media networks, SEO, and social marketing.Knowledge of Hootsuite, Facebook Insights, Sprout Social, and Google Analytics.HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.Strong Interpersonal Skills.Problem-Solving Skills.Team approach to decision-making.Detail oriented and excellent follow-up.Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, with the result of gaining insights, and profits.Planning and organizational skills.Ability to manage time and resources effectively to achieve deadlines.KEY COMPETENCIES
