The Marketing & Project Coordinator

will champion the day-to-day project coordination for marketing and creative projects for Element Electronics, TYTUS Grills, and other OHC brands. To succeed in this role, the Marketing & Project Coordinator will be highly collaborative with excellent communication and time management skills to ensure marketing deliverables are completed and delivered on time. This role is the administrator of our project management system and will be able to balance creative and analytical thinking, handling many diverse projects simultaneously.

Project Coordination

Organize tasks, resources, and schedules for marketing & creative projects to ensure the timely and successful completion of requested deliverables across a wide variety of tactics and channelsCollaborate with various team members and stakeholders to maintain clear communication, monitor progress, and address any issues that ariseTrack project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on trackLead project status meetings to drive completion of tasks, work through bottlenecks, assess risks, and raise issues with managementWork closely with marketing manager(s) to maintain schedules for new initiative launches (including innovation, extensions, and content improvements/updates). Ensures content is kicked off and follows timelines to be deployed.System & Creative Vendor Management

Maintain our project management system (Workfront), ensuring all projects have the most up-to-date tasks and information dailyEnsure system forms, templates, and workflows meet the requirements of business needs. Recommend changes or optimization on an ongoing basisResponsible for internal and external partner access and training on the systemCoordinate print projects with key vendors delivering assets on time and to appropriate locations (identify vendors, obtain quotes, manage projects and budgets)Communications & Marketing

Assist the Senior Director of Marketing with planning and implementing marketing and advertising activities as assignedSupport media relations initiatives, such as managing inquiries or coordinating preparation for media interviewsStays up to date on current market trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments and regularly reports on metrics and indicators related to consumer behaviorContribute to the creation of compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the brand's value propositionAids in maintaining consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and assists as needed in upholding brand standardsParticipates in special projects at a department and company level, serving as project coordinator when necessaryAll other assigned duties

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline?0-3 years of relevant experienceExperience and knowledge of a project management system/tool/dashboard (excel, Workfront, Monday, etc.)Knowledge of creative asset file types, aspect ratios, etc.Proficiency in MS Office applicationsProven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of, and willingness to learn, holistic?brand marketing planning and execution?Familiarity with project management best practices to effectively communicate cross-functionally?Additional Information
