Our lifestyle/retail brand client is hiring an experienced Brand Designer to join their growing team!This role is onsite, 5 days per week in Solano Beach. This is an opportunity to join an amazing start up, sold in national brand name stores.What you will be doing as a Brand Designer:
Managing and creating digital assets including layout design, brand campaigns, emails, web banners, imagery for website, editorial style spreads, iconography, web assets, and more!Design and delivery of web banners to specific eCommerce sites.Export imagery in proper sizes and formats for digital team.Pairing copy and image combinations utilizing element ratios, spacing, symmetry, typography, hierarchy, and color theory.Prep files for different mediums.What you need to know as a Brand Designer:
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.Strong layout experience.Strong Graphic Design application of fundamentals, i.e. typography, spacing, symmetry.Independent worker who can execute deliverables with minimal hand holding.Strong modern brand design, able to showcase brand work for a variety of deliverables.A passion for the Southern California lifestyle: sand, surf, sun, ski, and live music.Klayvio is a plus!Illustration skills a plus!Benefits:
Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the company’s 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.
