Position Summary:The LPL Financial Marketing Solutions team is seeking a marketing manager with a concentration in all facets of marketing. This role will manage a group of marketers who partner with Linsco advisors. This role will collaborate with internal partners, connect with Linsco advisors while leading and inspiring a team of marketing consultants.Core competencies of this role:Manage a team of several marketing consultantsAssist with onboarding new LPL advisors to Marketing SolutionsDefine the overarching marketing strategy for each advisorRecruit, interview, hire and train new employeesInteract regularly with advisorsOversee the regular content strategy while the marketing consultant will maintain, and implement digital marketing and editorial calendars while managing each advisors’ content strategy for blog, e-newsletter and social mediaEvaluate each advisor’s website and blog and then enhance as neededCollaborate with internal business partners such as strategy, compliance, technology, legal, procurement, marketing, sales and moreCollaborate with vendorsDrive adoption of new tools, vendors, processes across the teamProvide feedback and enhancements from the advisorsRequirements:3+ years’ experience in marketing and digital marketingBachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional experience in digital marketing2+ years’ experience with coaching, management or leading a teamPreferences:Experience in financial services preferredAbility to balance a strong commitment to your team, the client, and their clientsStrong writing and creative leadership skills, ability to discern quality design and content, and to provide constructive, actionable feedbackPay Range:$83,680-$125,520/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
