You will have an opportunity to lead a growing UX team, defining the vision and strategy across the digital Bose customer journey.The main tasks/job responsibilities are:Provide effective leadership for a growing and maturing UX/UI team.Manage UX/UI professionals and provide coaching and mentoring for your organization.Champion UX and human-centered thinking across the enterprise.Define an organizational design strategy and grow a UX/UI team that delivers solutions in support of the business and technology goals.Apply research and customer insight methods to understand our customers’ wants and needs.Advise on optimization to remove user friction and increase engagement.Provide designs for development to mature platform capability and optimize user experience, responsive behavior, and ADA compliance.Use data to inform design, understand the platform’s performance, and identify improvement opportunities.Company Information:Bose Corporation was founded in 1964 by Dr. Amar G.
