Pay Range:

$72,013 - 96,772 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

NFM’s User Experience Designer II champions user-centered design and functionality principles throughout the company. This role is responsible for user experience design of site and marketing technology for the E-Commerce site, as well as online research and usability testing & analytics. This is a remote position requiring the candidate to reside in NE, IA, KS, MO or TX.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Design the visual layout for websites or web-based products with the goal of enhancing appeal to the user while maximizing functionality, ensuring buy-in of stakeholders and appropriate management.Work closely with a team of designers, developers, product managers and content strategists, as well as technology and business partners to articulate user needs and define product requirements.Recommend improvements and changes and give professional appraisal on implementation of the design as planned and/or executed.Prepare and document findings and recommendations for stakeholders using methods such as wireframe, storyboards, prototypes, mockups, and user flows.Responsible for the integrity of the design and functionality of the user experience on significant projects.Conduct user-centered design research and usability testing on all eCommerce properties.Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love.

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

Bachelor's Degree or higher-level degree in User Experience, Design, Human and Computing Interactions, related field, or equivalent experience.2-4 years of user experience or web design experience, user functionality, site navigation and web development for emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices.Agile development experience preferred.Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, HTML, CSS, and various graphic design software packages.Familiarity with Adobe XD or related software for design and prototype creation.Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, and/or Adobe Analytics preferred.Ability to be flexible and to juggle multiple tasks and manage change effectively.Ability to manage large volumes of work and consistently meet deadlines.Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check.Benefits: What’s in It for You?
