Pay Range: $40k Base. 75-85K expected with Base+Commision

Do you have an eye for design and display? If so, we have the perfect job for you! As the Kitchen and Bath Designer, you are responsible for assisting residential customers in planning, designing and placement of counter tops, cabinets and tile work.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Be Positive: Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impressionCollaborate: Meet with client to determine preferences, purpose, functionality, budget, color and other factors that will affect planningPresent: Lay out quotes, drawings and product specifications for client approvalOrder: Purchase products and accessories for clientPlay your Part: Maintain order accuracyFollow-up: Reach out to the client to confirm satisfaction of all designer services and send handwritten thank you notesLeave your Mark: Create customers for lifeYour work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.
Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience3 years of retail sales experienceNKBA certifications preferredASID certification preferredProject management experience preferred2020 design experience preferredFlooring product knowledge preferredAbility to read blueprints and layout floor plansAbility to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needsMicrosoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordPre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle record and criminal background checkBenefits: What's in It for You?As a full-time member of our NFM Family, you will enjoy:
