In this dynamic hands-on role, you will support TNF on our journey to scale circularity through a design lens. You will be responsible for the design and end-to-end execution of our TNF Remade product with a focus on seasonality, brand energy, collaborative opportunities, and athlete engagement. You should be comfortable thinking creatively and problem solving to build functional design solutions within an unconventional environment and calendar. You will work closely with the Circular Design Manager, Renewed business manager, & our external Renewed partners to build exciting and brand-right products utilizing damaged, defective, and surplus merchandise.How You Will Make a Difference:

Develop and manage new & ongoing Renewed & Remade programs & activations in partnership with the Senior Circular Design Manager.Work cross-functionally with our Renewed partners and internal teams to bring activations to life within our brand marketing moments.Be up-to-date and familiar with market trends and consumer sentiments around sustainability, reuse, resale.Develop and manage design team activations & upcycling opportunities.Build relationships with potential collaborators for the program both internally and externally.Support Circular Design team as needed in development of creative construction solutions, new design guardrails, tool building or other responsibilities as appropriate.Streamline Remade processing:Build comprehensive spec tools and standards for technicians and production partners.Manage fluctuating inventories & organize materials within an evolving setting.Solve for ongoing merchandise inputs including upcycling, routing to appropriate partners etc.What You Will Bring:

A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.4+ years of experience in apparel or product design.Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.Sewing, patterning, and construction skills with experience and passion for upcycling.Solid understanding of performance textiles and their construction parameters.Strong product acumen with working knowledge of the apparel product development processes, including design, development, sourcing and manufacturing.Excellent collaboration skills and an ability to manage multiple timelines and deadlines.Proactive approach to identifying the root cause of issues, seeking the best solutions with a values driven commitment to do what is right.High degree of agility and adaptability.Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools and problem-solving.Passion for your work equal to your passion for getting outside and living it.This is a physical and active role. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, comfortably lift and move 25lb boxes of product, bend, dig, etc in a warehouse environment for 2-3 days per week.It is recommended that you have reliable transportation as this role will navigate regularly through 3 locations.Free to Be, Inclusion & Diversity

$93,312.00 USD - $139,968.00 USD annually.Incentive Potential:

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
