The Graphic Designer for the Americas Region at The North Face plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate production of various branded products, including Special Make-Up (SMU), logowear, outlet merchandise, and industry-specific apparel. This role is a key part of the Design and Production team and involves working closely with various stakeholders to maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all product lines.If you are a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency, this Graphic Designer role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a global brand's Americas Region.How You Will Make a Difference:

Collaborate with the Design team to prepare production-ready artwork files for a wide range of branded apparel.Assist in the development and production of Special Make-Up (SMU) apparel by adapting and creating artwork to meet client and market requirements.Create and adapt logos, graphics, and branding elements to be applied consistently.Design and prepare artwork for outlet-specific products, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and are suitable for the outlet market.Work on the design and production of industry-specific apparel, which may include uniforms or specialized clothing for various sectors.Prepare and set up files for production, ensuring they meet industry standards and are print-ready. This includes color management and resolution adjustments.Review and approve pre-production samples and proofs to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, production managers, and vendors, to facilitate smooth production processes.Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines, and actively participate in maintaining brand identity and standards across all products.Utilize industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and any specialized software required for the job.Optimize workflows to improve production efficiency and reduce lead times while maintaining quality.Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities as necessary.What You Will Bring:

A relevant Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant experience3-5 years of experience as a graphic designer and/or production artist, preferably in the apparel or branded merchandise industry.Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software and production tools.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of branding and design principles.Flexibility to adapt to the unique requirements of SMU, logowear, outlet, and industry-specific apparel production.A passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and techniques.Where You Will Be Located
