Benefits:30 Days PTO! - Use it, Cash it, Roll itPotential Company BonusesTuition Reimbursement401k Retirement PlanHealth Insurance (Medical, Vision, and Dental)Healthcare and Dependent Care FSAShort and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Basic Life InsurancePosition Overview:Will conceptualize, design, and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging through all brand touch points (including print, website, email, social media, events, marketing collateral, internal marketing, etc.), and effectively communicate the strategic intent for each tactic.This strategic, conceptual thinker will have a wide range of design capabilities.Essential Functions:Responsible for art direction and graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion, and delivery.Works closely and collaboratively with the Marketing team on all creative projects; personally, works on graphic development.Evolves and ensures consistency and integrity behind our company’s brand and brand guidelines.Manages a production calendar and ensures on-time delivery of projects; works closely with others in the Marketing Department to keep all marketing projects on track.Interprets company needs and develops concepts to suit specific guidelines while working within budget constraints.Manages and builds various email lists and launch campaigns.Supports the Marketing and Business Development teams in creating blood center materials.Advises stakeholders on all technical visual recommendations and/or issues.Interfaces with printers and various external suppliers.Possesses solid presentation, listening, and communication skills.Able to work quickly and efficiently.Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects.Solution oriented, hard worker who is passionate about visual design and marketing.Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team.Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn.Takes direction well and able to excel in a highly collaborative work environment.Ensures all work consistently meets established brand standards and guidelines.Other duties as assigned or required.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising or related discipline.Demonstrated complete understanding of:Color therapy and color relationships.Typographic terms that identify type forms and the specifications required to refer to typographic settings.Perspective and space relationships.Page composition and grid structures.Print production process and knowledge of production techniques.Web page and e-blast layout design and production.Demonstrated ability to:Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time.Manage challenging situations and difficult stakeholders.Expert in various creative software packages.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Have a portfolio ready for review upon request.Ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and courteously to patrons, donors, sponsors, and co-workers.Ability to organize and prioritize workload and meet deadlines.Ability to work with all levels and in a diverse work environment.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
