The

Marketing Manager

will manage and oversee all of EAB's marketing efforts and support the business development activities of the company. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with EAB's external marketing firm on creating marketing strategies and campaign development initiatives. The Marketing Manager will also lead the production of all brand and marketing strategies.Position Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee all branding, marketing strategies, activities, and campaigns.Collaborate with executive management to understand company specific marketing needs.Build sustainable relationships and partnerships internally and externally with vendors/customers.Provide monthly updates and receive feedback regarding marketing strategies and initiatives at the executive management meetings.Engage in business development and strategic planning with the management team to gain market share and increase revenue.Coordinate participation in trade shows and industry-related events and engage and promote EAB's brand at all marketing events.Analyze market trends, increase brand awareness, and generate strategies to develop leads.Develop and review technical content to support creative strategies.Oversee external assets that create content for the website, social media, and other marketing channels.Assist management in developing the marketing budget and oversee the budget.Negotiate contracts of services needed to execute a marketing strategy and coordinate with executive management for approval.Plan, purchase, and manage all industry related traditional and digital media activities.Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, required.3-5 years of related marketing management experience required.Preferred marketing experience in a technical field such as manufacturing, engineering, or working with technical products.Experience in technical writing is a plus.Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools required.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools required.Thorough understanding of business development principles.Available to travel up to 30%, travel includes attending trade shows and industry events.Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
