In this role, you will be responsible for the Marketing Technology operations, and usage of marketing technology to drive maximum impact for marketing organizations. You will collaborate with Marketing leaders to identify and propose business opportunities, capabilities, and/or product offerings to enable marketers to accelerate business results.You will work across many internal teams to understand their support needs, as well as designing our operations to support our customers. Your ability to balance day-to-day business needs while using technical and analytical skills to navigate marketing technologies and interpret details is critical in this role. You are functionally and operationally focused, providing a balanced voice around the overall Microsoft Marketing Technology opportunity.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Drives large-scale Marketing technology operations platform through team capacity and provides solutions by seeking to identify key milestones, providing expertise into developing plans, and leading team discussions.Drives tracking of deliverables and timeliness in workflow tools (e.g., ticketing systems, project management information tools).Balance urgency of compliance requests with the long-range goals of the business.Put operations lifecycle rigor behind our compliance needs, developing requirements, roadmaps, short-term/long-term solutioning.Own stakeholder feedback loops and reporting to bring a highly matrixed organization along for the ride.Be the voice of the customer in all meetings, challenging assumptions with data and maintaining a long-term vision for the Consumer Sales Organization.Embody our Culture and Values.Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience.OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience using one or all of these Adobe Suite of Tools: Adobe Experience Manager Sites and Assets, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience.OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience.OR equivalent experience.5+ years technology/process improvement experience.Familiarity with Microsoft Engineering project management tool – Azure DevOps (VSO).Familiarity with Microsoft PowerAutomate, SharePoint and content editing.Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
