Lead, guide and support the marketing team.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.Build strong relationships with internal, external & newly acquired stakeholders.Oversee the creation and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns.Conduct research, analysis, track & analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify key market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence, and measure campaign performance to inform marketing strategies and tactics.Drive brand awareness & positioning through effective brand messaging, storytelling, and visual identity.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and monitoring ROI.Ensure your & the team’s expertise and knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices are always on the cutting edge.Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.Work Experience Needed:

Proven track record of at least 8+ years of experience with integrated marketing and marketing planning, campaign management, and team leadership.Strong project management experience.Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously to drive timely results.Comfort with ambiguity and motivated to solve complex problems.Ability to prioritize effectively and facilitate action across remote groups.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal including ability to drive problem resolution.Software Tools Experience needed:

Ideally, in-depth knowledge and experience with Monday.com, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google SuiteIdeally, in-depth knowledge of analytical tools such as Domo, Looker, Tableau, or Power BIFamiliarity with baseline project management workflow regardless of software toolJust a few of the many benefits you would receive at Bell:

To perform the duties of this job, the employee is required to use the computer for extended periods of time in a sitting or standing position. Ability to work under time constraints and ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
