Purpose:The Admissions Marketing Coordinator manages marketing and execution for 250+ admissions events in each application cycle. You will aim to attract top MBA students globally through well-planned emails and events. Responsibilities include creating impactful marketing campaigns, promoting partnerships within the school, and ensuring successful outcomes. You will report to the Senior Associate Director of Admissions.Marketing and Communication (60%)Develop marketing campaigns to inform prospective students about Ross's application process and events. Help create targeted email audience segments within the email marketing database.Contribute to the development and strategy of the admittance process. Track email marketing performance and event registration numbers to analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement.Oversee all event-related communications with prospective students, current students, staff, faculty, and alumni, including handling event registrations and follow-up surveys. Document best practices and analyze survey responses.Manage data imports from events into Salesforce, ensuring high data integrity.Conduct regular benchmarking to understand and implement market best practices.Manage the Ross Full-Time MBA Admissions admit guide.

Event Coordination (40%)Work with members of the admissions team to develop event programming, budgets and project plans for events designed to attract and yield Full-Time MBA candidates.Manage logistics for events, including Zoom setup and breakout room management, contract negotiations, menu selection, A/V, event staffing, event decor management, adding events to the P&E calendar, event master, and more.Manage the admit yield process by preparing and scheduling admit events for each round. This includes organizing logistics, coordinating with team members, sourcing students, setting timelines, tracking attendee interactions, and ensuring the events run smoothly.Provide administrative support including: scheduling meetings with staff and students, contacting and confirming speakers, assisting students, staff, faculty, alumni and candidates/event attendees.Order branded inventory for our admitted and matriculated students, including events as assigned, and oversee the team's promotional items inventory.Be a liaison for assigned student clubs and collaborate on organizing events for prospective and admitted student populations related to these clubs.Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of progressive work experience in a professional environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with Adobe Photoshop or other graphic design software.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Slides). Troubleshoot technology issues and learn new applications independently.Flexibility to work early mornings, nights or weekends.The general salary range for this position is $50,000 - $55,000. You can expect to be paid a great compensation package. Factors used to determine salary include experience, knowledge and skills for the position. You are encouraged to discuss salary questions to honor alignment and transparency throughout the recruiting process. Selected candidates whose start date is 4/1/2024 or after, will not be eligible for the university FY24-25 salary/merit plan unless otherwise notified.Job openings are posted for a minimum of seven calendar days.
