As a Supplemental Benefits Graphic Designer, you will design and create member-facing material that will help build awareness of their OTC benefits. Creations will be in print, digital, and video format. You will join forces with call center agents and store/field colleagues on creating simplicity for both the member and colleague.This role is responsible for creating new catalog and marketing materials, new product launches, updated program materials and various other creative tasks. The ideal candidate will be creative and able to work independently. Designers will also create and support a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring all actions are in complete alignment with CVS practices, policies, and values as well as state, federal and regulatory requirements.Reports to Senior Manager, Client and Colleague Support. Primary office/location Miami, FL.Required Qualifications

1+ years of working experience including strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including knowledge of Power Point1-2 years’ experience in the graphic design industry (Adobe Suite, InDesign and other tools for print and web)Preferred Qualifications

High School DiplomaPay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $23.56. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
