Job DescriptionMicrochip is seeking a result-driven Business Development Marketing Manager in our USB and Networking Group (UNG) to regionally drive revenue and account development. This individual will be responsible for:Promote existing and new solutions to regional customer baseDevelop solid relationships with CEM/ESE teams as well as key accountsDrive design wins, bookings and billingsHelp identify key opportunities in region by productHelp develop plans to penetrate key accountsEffectively train direct, and distribution channels on UNG solutionsGlobal interaction with UNG marketing to communicate needs effectivelyRequirements/QualificationsBSEE or equivalent with at least 10+ years of technical marketing experience in a semiconductor corporationMBA preferredKnowledge of USB and Networking markets preferredAbility to travel frequently to engage with CEM/ESE teams and customersMust be a solid team player and be able to establish strong relationships with sales, FAEs, and accountsDemonstrate excellent communication, presentation, writing and listening skillsAbility to communicate effectively with headquarters in USAThis position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.
