$60,000- $70,000 annual salaryLocation: Laurel, MDAre you a dynamic Marketing and Sales professional eager to leave your mark on the success of a thriving company?Our client, a prominent full-service roofing and exterior services provider, is currently seeking a skilled Marketing and Sales Administrator based in Laurel, MD.In this role, the Marketing and Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in executing sales and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating events, managing website and social media channels, overseeing branding efforts, conducting email marketing campaigns, developing marketing collateral, and providing essential administrative support.Responsibilities

Coordinate conferences, tradeshows, and customer-facing events in collaboration with local sales teams.Maintain the company website and manage social media accounts.Oversee monthly marketing emails and campaigns.Keep track of the inventory of promotional items.Assist in Marketing budgeting and planning.Contribute to proposal development and create PowerPoint presentations.Develop and manage marketing collateral and brand-specific templates.Undertake additional marketing-related projects as assigned.Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, list uploading, list cleansing, and report generation.Provide CRM support as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities

High School Diploma / GED.2-3 years of marketing experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (highly preferred).Proactive with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Tenacious drive to sell and strong problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.Effective time management and follow-up skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with computer competency.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to meet project deadlines and exceed key performance indicators.Ability to travel occasionally to trade shows.Perks
