DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

(FS Aftermarket)for Canada and USA.The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across multiple business units. This role involves overseeing all aspects of branding, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency and enhance brand equity. The Director will lead market research and competitive analysis efforts to identify opportunities and trends and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. Additionally, this individual will mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, manage the marketing budget and analyze performance. This position will collaborate closely with various internal customers/departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. This position reports into the Vice President of Marketing and Business StrategyJOB DESCRIPTION:Lead, mentor, and develop marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentReview and manage the branding, positioning, and messaging of all business unitsFurther develop and evolve the brands under the FS Aftermarket organizationDevelop and implement marketing strategies and plans for each business unit that align with overall company objectivesConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and trends to inform marketing strategiesMonitor, analyze, and report key marketing performance metrics and providing market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results and consumer trendsAdjust the marketing plan in light of the above and formulate unique insights to contribute towards the overall business strategyDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investmentDeliver marketing plan annually to key stakeholders and senior leadersCollaborate with internal and external partners on various objectives and projectsProvide impactful analytics and insights into previous marketing projectsManage project progression, ensuring priorities and timelines are met accordinglyPlan and execute product launches and promotional campaignsCollaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials and strategiesOversee public relations efforts and opportunitiesEnsure all marketing activities comply with legal and regulatory requirementsOther duties as assignedThis role with have 2 direct reports and 4-5 indirect reports.Cross border travel will be required – 15% travelQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in business marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredValid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstractMust be able to pass a pre-employment background checkValid passport, or willingness to obtain one10+ years’ experience in marketing5+ years’ experience in a leadership role managing multiple business units or brands5+ years’ experience creating various forms of marketing including but not limited to; digital, social media, content creation, print, graphic design, direct mailExperience managing robust marketing budgetProven experience analyzing, developing, and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaignsAdvanced experience with a variety of digital platforms, including proficiency in, WordPress, Google Analytics and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, CRM platforms, Asana or similar project management platform, Hubspot, Canva and HootsuiteThe ideal candidate must reside in one of the following cities: Innisfil, Toronto, Ancaster, Barrie, Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Halifax, Billings, Denver, Monroe, Albany, RochesterWhy this is a great opportunity :Talented, dedicated and passionate team to work withExceptional best-in-class products and service offerings for our customersMarket-competitive compensation package with annual increase opportunitiesRobust Group Benefits that are 100% paid for by the Company – inclusive of Health, Dental, Life, Disability and Travel coveragePaid Personal DaysCharitable Giving ProgramEducational Scholarship ProgramTuition ReimbursementEmployee & Family Assistance Program (EAP)Employer Matching Retirement Savings PlanFederally recognized as a certified Employment Equity organizationMember of multiple provincial safety programs and COR certifiedOur Core People Values: Leadership, Customer Excellence, Integrity, Inspiration, Teamwork, Innovation and AmbitionQualified and interested individuals are encouraged to apply to info@indemand.caONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
