By joining the team as a Marketing Manager, you will be focused on developing and managing your assigned territory, building and maintaining strong agency relationships, and meeting established premium and project objectives.
What You’ll Do
Lead your territory and utilize your team to drive business strategiesDevelop and maintain agency relationshipsProduce the budgeted volume and policy count of profitable lines of business in your assigned territoryUse pricing and binding authority to produce increasing premium volume and policy count of profitable lines of businessProspect for and make new appointmentsWhat You’ll Bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing with a property and casualty companyCommercial Lines knowledge requiredCurrently reside in or be willing to relocate to the Charlotte, NC areaStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-starter who works independently with minimal supervisionExcellent organizational ability with demonstrated mastery of planningCommitment to successfully achieve desired goalsMust be available for moderate travel, including overnight travelExperience working with Independent Insurance Agents preferred
