Available Job Locations:

Onsite in NY or Los Angeles, CA. Manager can also consider remote candidates who are willing to travel to either LA or NY location for occasional meetings.

Job Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains organizational charts, calendars, and ad sales timelines to clearly communicate the status of each project deliverable.

Collaborate with Sales teams and internal stakeholders to develop multiplatform RFP responses in a timely and efficient manner.

Create compelling and unique sponsorship and content marketing offerings aligned with network and digital priorities.

Main point on the OWN side to help coordinate any and all status, needs, and communication that is needed to fulfill requests.

Detail oriented to manage process from request to delivery on all sales elements that are sold in (i.e., TTIs, scheduling, CAT, delivering final elements to the correct platforms or contacts, IPMs, DEAL, etc.).

Partner with the Scheduling and Strategy team to identify needed assets, communicate to production teams graphic elements, correct tags, and flight dates.

Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and their agencies, as well as with all key DCI divisions (Ad Sales, Network Programming, Production, and Marketing).

Activate Production's DEAL request form, providing all needed metadata and asset descriptions. Lead the S+P approval process for each asset, providing the rating for each asset as well as trade out and contractual agreements for all sales integrations working closely with the internal BALA team.

Manage production budget from client and/or OWN budget per tactic or project.

Responsible for Smartsheet management and status and APPIAN.

Qualifications:

Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills, training, and/or experience required.

5+ years of ad sales or client marketing experience (such as advertising agency, media sales/marketing, client-side marketing). Experience in TV/Cable and/or ad sales marketing or ad sales is a plus.

On-site experience managing branded entertainment or commercial shoots.

Experience working in digital/social marketing, including creating, packaging, and executing multi-platform marketing campaigns.

Demonstrated self-starter with leadership and project management skills, but the self-awareness necessary to understand when/where to ask for help and guidance.

Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities simultaneously in a changing environment.

Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
