DescriptionWe are seeking a Marketing Director for Value-Based Healthcare Solutions who will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives focused on transforming healthcare through innovative solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) and Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) strategy, as well as leading efforts in sepsis management solutions. You will play a crucial role in managing our Centers of Excellence (COE) and Centers of Reference and driving strategy around AMS consultancy services.Primary DutiesAMR/AMS Strategy:

Develop, execute, and continually refine a comprehensive strategy that positions our organization as a leader in addressing AMR and advancing AMS practices within the healthcare landscape.Sepsis Management Solutions:

Drive the marketing and promotion of innovative sepsis management solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to create awareness and understanding among healthcare professionals.Centers of Excellence (COE):

Oversee the COE strategy, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practices, expertise sharing, and optimal utilization of resources in value-based healthcare solutions.Centers of Reference:

Manage and expand Centers of Reference, leveraging these key sites to showcase successful implementations, validate clinical outcomes, and build credibility within the healthcare community.AMS Consultancy:

Lead the development and execution of consultancy services for AMS, providing strategic guidance to healthcare institutions seeking to enhance their antimicrobial stewardship programs.Market Insights:

Utilize market research and data analysis to gain insights into market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape, informing strategic decisions and positioning.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and clinical teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product capabilities and customer requirements.Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Training And EducationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Experience5+ years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and healthcare solutions, with a proven track record of success.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrategic Vision:

Proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing plans in the healthcare sector, with a deep understanding of value-based solutions.Healthcare Expertise:

Strong background in healthcare solutions, particularly in AMR, AMS, sepsis management, and consultancy services within the healthcare laboratory setting.Leadership Skills:

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of driving teams towards successful outcomes.Customer-Centric Focus:

A customer-first mindset with a proven ability to understand and address the needs of healthcare professionals and institutions.Analytical Acumen:

Proficiency in utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and tailor marketing strategies.Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex healthcare concepts to diverse audiences.Domestic Travel:
