Our employees go home in the same condition they came to work.How you will spend your day as a Kitchen and Bath Design Manager:
You will solicit new accounts, conduct job site visits, and prospect for new projects.Greet clients to the design center, assess clients’ needs, and assist the customer with product selection and order appropriate materials and quantities for the projects.Perform automated design capability within stock and semi-custom product categories.Conduct bid and prep proposal functions.You will prepare bids, material estimates from customer/contractor supplied blueprints.Order project materials and arrange project schedules, sub-contractor schedules and material deliveries.Must possess the necessary knowledge to explain the differences in cabinet lines to customers and have a broad knowledge of other items sold, various countertop products, cultured marble, sinks, faucets, etc.Maintain working knowledge of 20/20 cabinet design software, order entry processes of industry related software, Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.Coordinate the delivery to customers on an as needed basis.Know the pricing multipliers and current lead times for all cabinet lines, countertop fabricators, and all miscellaneous products available.We want you to build your career with us! Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of Auto Cad and 20/20.Experience: 3 years experience in a professional design environment.Special Skills: Read blueprints and convert to a realistic working design.Sales Experience: Ability to solicit new accounts, conduct job site visits.Excellence: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.Building Your Career With Benefits
