Our employees go home in the same condition they came to work.Position Overview:Build new relationships and support existing customers and contractorsPartner with your customers by assisting them with product selection, communicate trends, new product, releases, upcoming promotions, delivery dates on purchasesBe able to accurately field measure kitchen, bath & home spaces for cabinetry fit (Check for plumbing, electrical, depths, or any issues that would prohibit us from providing complete product the first time)Understand flooring, cabinet, and countertop materials as well as how materials are measured and installedPrepare bids via 2020 design & material estimates from customer/contractor supplied blueprintsAssist in collecting accounts receivablesPrepare and input orders if necessaryTake images of space (before & after) keep organized for reference.Assist in Keeping showroom clean and updated.Produce periodic reports as required, such as weekly activity and service reports, keep organized calendarReview and respond to service issuesPerform minor service work as neededPull and deliver cabinet parts to job sites as neededBe available to provide photos of damaged productAdjust to the issues of the day as they ariseProvide the best customer experienceRepresent US LBM with the highest level of integrityCover, assist, and train in other areasOther duties as assigned by location managementSuccessful candidates for this role will have:Adaptability in a fast-paced environment where priorities can be redirectedAbility to prioritize tasks while multitasking when necessaryStrong problem-solving skillsHigh degree of organization and attention to detail and able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines is criticalSense of urgency and be able to keep organized in a fast-paced environmentAbility to perform tasks and manage time with minimal oversight in a team environmentRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:2+ years of sales experience in a building materials or construction related industry & 2020 designMust have a valid driver's licenseAbility to read and interpret blueprints and cabinetry drawingsCritical thinking ability and strong mathematical skillsProject management mindset and the ability to work within an ever-evolving environmentProfessional appearance and attitude with above average interpersonal and oral skillsKnowledge of various product lines and procedures, presenting sales products in a positive and confident mannerOrganized and attentive to detailsComputer literate, knowledgeable of MS Office products, and able to quickly pick up proprietary softwareFrequently stand, walking, bending, climbing ladders and occasionally lift and carry 25-50 lbs.Building Your Career With Benefits:The Usual.
