We’re here for you. A Junior Graphic Designer at CHG has experience and training in graphic design, sweats the details, and obsesses about color theory and typography. Work with your creative peers to translate concepts across multiple mediaCreate artwork for corporate events and internal programsSelect photos for blog articles, email, and social mediaCreate and maintain templates for digital signage and social media for multiple brandsDesign online display ads and implement variations for testingDesign and maintain templates for convention materialsReview artwork to ensure adherence to internal and vendor technical standardsPackage, preflight, and distribute artwork and files for outputMaintain brand asset folders on server and digital asset management toolArchive creative project assetsQualifications

Meticulous attention to detail and impeccable organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlinesSkilled in industry standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft products)Understanding of color theory and its application in both print and digital productionUnderstanding of typography best practicesStrong sense for design, layout, and compositionA solid working knowledge of the process and requirements to finalize design files for print production and digital mediaEducation & Years Of Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredAnimation and video experience (specifically for social media) a plusWe believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $46,200 -- $125,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses.
