SummaryAs a Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Florida Paints, you will be instrumental in crafting and disseminating compelling branding messages and collateral for our products and services. This role requires adept multitasking, enabling you to manage various projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines. You will contribute to existing marketing initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping new strategies that align with both company and client objectives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist the Sales team with fulfilling client collateral requests (such as shirts, brochures, etc.).Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.Provide support for product labeling.Sales support requests (ex. Business cards, yard signs, etc.).Organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events, including logistics, booth setup, and follow-up activities, in coordination with the Director of Marketing.Collaborate with the sales enablement team to support existing and new project requests.Streamline processes and procedures to enhance sales team access and productivity.Work alongside the field sales team to gather before/after content for completed projects.Manage and distribute general marketing support materials like giveaways and co-branded apparel.Support, manage, and distribute color tools, including color racks, fan decks, and color cards.Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate tracking of leads, sales, and customer interactions.Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.Provide color renderings and digital color books as needed.Assist store operations with fulfilling store merchandising requests.Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications, preferred.Familiarity with CRM software.Proficiency with the Adobe Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong presentation abilities.Meticulous attention to detail.Must pass background and drug testing as per federal and/or state transportation regulations.Physical RequirementsMust be able to travel to Florida Paints locations and customer job sites.Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch.Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.Required to stand, walk, and sit; talk or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.Other DutiesPlease note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
