Project Manager for Marketing/Communications

that will be responsible for managing projects according to strict deadlines and budget. This will include acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors and/or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee project quality and variance control throughout the project life cycle.

YOU WILL:Be the first point of contact for all graphic-related requests. Manage requests from start to finish, including concept development in conjunction with the creative team, stakeholder approval, and delivery of final materials/files.Oversee/assign graphic requests for the design team, including projects that come in from Marketing, Engineering, Sales Management, Strategic Account Managers, Regional Manager, Field representatives, Marketing Allowance requests and one-off requests for within the company and accounts. Examples include: graphic updates for Marketing and Sales support materials/collateral, window graphics, vendor POP display graphics, sales and selling support material.Complete daily reviews with the development team to identify and remove roadblocks and impediments to productivity. Participate in creative brainstorming as required.Provide status reports, raise issues, risks, dependencies, and review deliverables generated within the scope of the track to ensure that they meet the necessary needs.Liaise with media agency for creative assets, including web banners, e-blasts, and video.Handle content distribution to strategic accounts, key retailers, and other accounts, and Field Reps, including product images, lifestyle images, graphic files, and video.Maintain content portal for account access (future state, Kontainer/PING Europe).Schedule/produce internal and external photo and video shoots for e-comm, social, etc.Assign miscellaneous project requests to the graphic design team (i.e., logo development, Christmas card).Constant refinement reprioritization of the product backlog with stakeholders.Meeting facilitation to maximize the team’s efficiency and output, particularly retrospective output.Optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk. Tracks and communicates the overall team progress.Review, analyze, and summarize project and team member deliverables, schedule variances, and budget variances.Focus teams on development roadmap to deliver priorities that bring the highest business value.

YOU HAVE:Bachelor’s Degree from a properly accredited college or university, plus a minimum of 5 years’ directly related experience; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrates effective leadership, teamwork, and negotiation skills; strong formal presentation skills.Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information accurately and tactfully.Demonstrated ability to facilitate team and client/vendor meetings/discussions effectively.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, TEAMS, PowerPoint, MS Project). Experience with work management tools.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.Ability to interact with all levels of individuals, both internally and externally.
