This is an exceptionally exciting opportunity to be part of the Global Strategic Marketing team, partnering with regions and cross-functional partners to drive strategic and business goals for the cataract surgical suite portfolio. Broader responsibilities will include:Facilitating the development of global marketing plans and objectives, including market research, Voice of Customer sentiment, segmentation, targeting & positioning; pricing; Target Product Profile & Evidence Strategy; brand strategy; communication strategy and Global J&J Launch Excellence (LEX) deliverables.Helping drive launch of new products, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle management.Building and deploying marketing collateral and initiatives to drive awareness and adoption of product portfolio.Leading monitoring, analysis and reporting of business performance, market conditions and dynamics to advance day-to-day business.Qualifications:

Education:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related business field is required; an MBA is preferred.Experience and Skills:

Required:

Minimum of 6 years work experience is required, which includes two (2) years of relevant Marketing or Product Management experience.Preferred:

Experience with successful collaboration, influencing without authority, and working effectively on multi-disciplinary teams.Experience & proficiency in using consumer insights and analytics to develop brand strategy and business plans.Able to demonstrate strong business analytics and financial proficiency.Ability to prioritize and successfully lead multiple projects/priorities.Upstream and/or Downstream, strategic marketing.Ability to work independently, proactively and with teams in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.Other:
