Position Summary

As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing marketing projects from conception to completion. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.

Position Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing programs, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and cross-functional teams.Serve as a partner to our business development team to build successful demand generation programs to accelerate the lead generation pipeline.Demonstrate the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to generate program and campaign buy-in.Leverage project management skills to effectively support multiple projects with many moving parts.Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive demand.Drive and help execute the creation of compelling content for email, search, and paid media channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Responsible for email marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, increase conversion rates, and drive demand.Develop & maintain marketing automation programs including lead nurturing and scoring tactics that utilize persona and segmentation data.Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance marketing strategies including email marketing, marketing automation, paid media, and earned media.Build and maintain strong relationships with key target marketing personas to support an effective content strategy and outreach activities.Core Competencies, Skills & Abilities

B.A. /B.S. in marketing, or other relevant 4-year degree.7-10 years of marketing experience.Physical, Time, Presence & Other Requirements

Standard Office Environment: Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.Time

Full-Time, Exempt employees work an average of 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required as necessary.Presence

Flexible: This role can be performed in a fully onsite, fully remote, or hybrid capacity.
