The Role and You

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team who shares the same passion for children's healthcare and has experience building a brand for a high growth company. The Marketing Manager oversees, coordinates, and develops marketing strategies and products that support and advance the mission of the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, innovative, and passionate about our service offerings. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for growing Goodside Health's SchoolMed and Urgent Care for Kids brands.

Critical Success Factors And Essential Duties

Strong content creation skills including press releases, email campaigns, social media, and print advertisement.Manages the organization's social media efforts.Manages the organization's outbound email campaigns.Oversees successful PPC campaigns across Google and other social channels.Analyzes target market information to identify and recommend effective marketing approaches.Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research, building brand awareness.Maintains knowledge in emerging products and services.Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department's operating budget.Performs other related duties as assigned.Excellent writing ability; content creation for all marketing efforts will be important.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.Must have a knack for proactively identifying problems and addressing them directly before/when they occur.Must have the ability to operate autonomously and be a self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.Must be transparent in operating style and demonstrate the ability to deliver good news (and more importantly) unfavorable news.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, Mailchimp, and all social media platforms.2+ years in a marketing leadership role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Extras We Value Highly

Experience within the healthcare sector in marketing for retail healthcare.Working with school districts for designing messaging and materials for families of students.Sound knowledge of the managed care model, or Medicaid.

Goodside Health Total Rewards Statement

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000.

If you are hired at Goodside Health, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience.

In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth.
