In this role, you will be responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling content, creating engaging, sales-driving, integrated marketing campaigns. You will execute all agency-led creative workstreams, lead the day-to-day communication to external agencies and internal teams, and evaluate creative effectiveness against the brief.How You'll Make an Impact:

Develop and implement innovative, strategically integrated marketing campaigns for the domestic market, while coordinating day-to-day contact with the external agency partners and internal marketing stakeholders.Socialize campaign updates with stakeholders for buy-in, explaining and defending creative strategy and ideas. Identify and close gaps in communication between business verticals and/or agency partners, especially in upfront campaign development and planning. Instinctively connect the dots and mitigate problems between parties as needed.Create and manage programs that bring the brand to life for consumers. Champion the ongoing refinement of the consumer brand experience and engagement. Measure the effectiveness of brand engagement strategies.Manage seamless execution and production of agency’s campaign materials (TV, Digital Video, and Social) and consumer engagement programs within allocated budget. With your team, maintain timelines, process, asset development, approvals, and budget tracking. Coordinate and monitor campaign expenses, purchase orders, and invoicing.Develop social media strategies across all platforms including long-term planning and daily content development. Stay on top of the rapidly evolving social media landscape, as well as efforts of key competitors. Monitor and engage with the social community across all social channels with an ‘always on’ mentality.Oversee a small team and support them in daily social platform execution, production needs, and project management for all agency-led creative.Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Copywriting, or other related field.Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the field of strategic content development, social media, and/or creative production. Advertising agency experience or experience managing agency relations is required.Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.Expert-level skills in providing strategic and creative direction, evaluating creative effectiveness against the brief, receiving and challenging both creative and marketing team’s feedback to ensure creative goals are met, and leading creative initiatives to ensure brand voice, tone, and standards are closely followed.Adept knowledge of the QSR landscape by being up to date on the latest innovations, competitive work, and industry trends.Evidence of effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to apply those skills in a creative atmosphere.The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat.Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to compile, analyze, summarize, and present data for management review.Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.All items listed above are illustrative and not comprehensive.
