Supports an execution of employee engagement initiatives, including both virtual and on-site eventsFocuses on coordinating between various Communications teams (Product Comms, Corporate Comms, DEI, etc.) to proactively create, track and advance opportunities for engagementSupports the internal communications team in activating a passionate employee base as advocatesWhat you’ll be doing:

Participate in communications projects and teams to ensure engagement opportunities are comprehended and executed across the organizationSupport on-site events and activations to ensure excellence in executionTrack projects and work with all partners to ensure deliverables are met on-timeCollaborate with internal and agency partners to stay current / relevant on engagement trendsCreate program and project reports with results and highlightsMonitor comments on internal channels and provide reportsManage promotion campaigns and participationTo be successful you will:

2 years of experience in event executionExperience in internal communications is a plusStrong organizational and project management skillsGood command of English and communications skillsMust be located in SE Michigan and available to support meetings and events onsiteHill & Knowlton is more than an agency.
