The Creative and Graphic Design Specialist plays a vital role in the development efforts of the organization. The primary purpose of this position is to provide graphic design support in material production to help convey the mission of FOCUS and the FOCUS Mission Foundation to current and prospective benefactors. This will be a highly motivated person who can manage multiple projects at once. He or she will also help enforce the brand in all aspects across print, digital, and web. This person strives to live out the cultural virtues of the organization with joyful sacrifice and, in doing so, will serve in a way that helps the entire organization achieve even greater success.Position Responsibilities

Branding Design Review: Review documents for overall MD/FOCUS/FMF marketing strategies and brand stewardship to ensure proper use of logo and nomenclature within the established guidelines. Help in the development and updates to the logo, standards, best practices, and use as needed.Creative, Design and Production: Execute design for campaigns and projects to ensure targeted communication and projects engage benefactors in the mission of FOCUS/FMF and make them feel loved and cared for. Design items include email, print materials, infographics, and some digital.Project Management: Time management and scheduling as well as assistance in related project management as necessary for print production, electronic media, and related materials with outside print/production companies.Team Responsibilities: Share best practices with teammates and interns in design direction. Work with other creative team members to help determine departmental needs and intern resources.A previous knowledge of campus missionary efforts and communication strategy is highly important in understanding communication channels as well as internal and external needs. Must be able to work with contract designers and other departments to communicate and execute needs. Preferred experience with print production.Qualifications

Proficient in Adobe Creative products: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Lightroom, Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Communication: Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.Energy/Drive: Exemplifies a willingness to go the extra mile.Culture: Accountable for supporting, upholding, and engaging in FOCUS core virtues and mission in all internal and external communications.Preferred portfolio of work.Degree in Graphic Design with Marketing Experience preferred.Benefits
