Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience working for a HealthTech company. This role will also be part of the IGTD rotational program.Your role:The primary focus for the Downstream Product Manager is ownership of an assigned product’s position and success in the marketplace.This ownership includes product launch planning and execution, including but not limited to market segmentation, targeting, product positioning, key messaging, pricing, profitability, and campaign development.The Downstream Product Manager drives strategies for their particular product through lifecycle maintenance and campaigns, collaborating with the cross-functional product team to ensure VOC is heard.This position must communicate with all areas of the company and will interact regularly with QA/RA, Global Marketing, Sales, Customers, and Senior Leadership.You're the right fit if:You have recently completed or are an upcoming MBA graduate.Medical device experience is a plus; previous internship experience is included.You possess excellent verbal, written, analytical, and presentation abilities.You have a good understanding of the medical environment, being comfortable in the cardiac catheter lab to effectively respond to market concerns and provide technical support for products.You can convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights that can help drive the development of new marketing programs.You have excellent advocacy and persuasive skills, both inter- and intra-departmentally.You can work independently with minimal direction.You have a healthy disdain for the status quo and a willingness to question existing practices to identify better alternatives.You can work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.Additional InformationUS work authorization is a precondition of employment.
