We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Change Management & Communications Principal to join our growing team! In this role, you will provide change and internal communications consulting, planning and execution for small and large projects supporting Human Resources and other corporate functions. Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to executives and project teams, you will solve unique and complex problems and design and develop deliverables to ensure employee adoption, achieve project results and minimize unanticipated impacts to the business. This is a critical role to ensure that change initiatives are effectively managed, communicated and integrated to achieve desired outcomes and drive organizational success. The work is diverse, fast-paced and challenging.As Change Management & Communications Principal, your duties and responsibilities will include:Lead, develop and execute an organizational change approach for varied complexity or program workstreams using a defined methodology, including sponsorship, communications, training, reinforcement, and resistance management.Lead, prepare and manage quality deliverables, including internal communications products.Partner with project teams and senior leadership to mitigate resistance, communication and sponsorship issues.Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and sponsors and be seen as a change management solution integration SME.Analyze and describe change impacts and change collisions.Maintain a high degree of cross-functional team coordination and integration of change impacts and deliverables.Provide sound communications counsel, planning and execution to senior leadership in HR and corporate functions.Serve as a contributing member of the corporate communications and community impact team, providing editorial input and deliverables and supporting large-scale initiatives such as all-employee and senior leadership team meetings.Qualifications

WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.7+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services or equivalent experience leading and executing organizational change and communications deliverables for complex projects.Program-level experience leading the strategy, planning and execution of change management deliverables across multiple work streams (e.g., mergers and acquisitions, enterprise-level IT projects).Excellent writing skills - both technical and strategic.Organizational change management communication experience for a wide variety of audiences.HR and Total Rewards experience.Strong project management skills to manage and integrate multiple, unrelated change management plans.Ability to assess change impacts across functions and projects and integrate deliverables to avoid collisions.Strong leadership, influencing and negotiation skills.Strong consultative skills and experience working with C-suite leaders; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence.Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication.BONUS POINTS FOR:Professional change management certification. CCMP preferred.Master's degree.Experience developing training content.Professional project management certification.Degree in communications, organizational development or related discipline.Working knowledge of AP Stylebook is helpful.Additional Information
