You'll play a key role in supporting our growth initiatives by analyzing subscriber and financial data, proposing strategic direction and leading small projects, generating leads, and acting as subject matter expert while collaborating on cross-functional projects.As a Marketing Strategy Specialist, Special Projects, your duties and responsibilities will include:Data Analytics: Leverage data to uncover actionable insights into customer behavior and business performance. Communicate findings effectively to inform strategic decisions.Reporting Analyst: Develop and analyze comprehensive reports on subscriber and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.Strategic Thinking: Utilize deep understanding of customers, competitors, and our product to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth.Lead Generation: Create and manage lead generation processes to maximize customer acquisition. Balance innovative approaches with operational efficiency.Team Player: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners (e.g., sales, product, brand marketing) to deliver impactful results on small projects.Qualifications
WHAT IT TAKES TO CATCH OUR EYE:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing or a data-driven field.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).History of identifying what needs to be done and doing it.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.BONUS POINTS FOR:Experience with lead management.Additional Information
