Lead Growth Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for driving the strategic integrated approach to campaigns that include both digital and sales touches as well as advancing the existing opportunities for the sales team within targeted account lists. Your goal: drive impactful multi-channel campaigns to maximize conversion throughout the funnel.Role Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter who is passionate about B2B marketing and eager to help us create growth for our high-performing and fast-paced SaaS business.This includes:Understanding the business goals and objectives and develop corresponding strategies grounded in integrated multi-channel (includes email, nurture programs, webinars, SEM, content syndication, social media and more) growth campaigns.Fostering strong collaboration with sales, product marketing and digital SMEs to identify, prospect and nurture target accounts and pass marketing qualified leads to Sales.Using deep knowledge of the SaaS buying journey, identify and map key decision makers and influencers to the messages and channels at the right moment in that journey.Leading the marketing efforts around key product announcements and releases. Partner closely with teams throughout ShareFile to ensure a coordinated GTM launch, alignment on goals and KPIs, and presentation of results.Working cross-functionally with product marketing and content marketing to help inform content strategy, develop campaign-specific messaging, and align marketing programs with ongoing marketing initiatives.Creating and implementing pipeline acceleration programs and lead generation towards specific, targeted accounts and contacts.Measuring and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data.Managing ongoing performance and effectively report on results and recommendations, presenting and summarizing results in a meaningful way for leadership and marketing and business stakeholders.Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of professional experience with a demonstrated track record of success with developing and executing digital growth marketing campaigns.BA/BS in marketing, advertising, communications or related field.Preferred Qualifications:

Considerable expertise in developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.MBA a plus.Experience driving digital growth campaigns for SaaS, and working with SaaS B2B sales teams.Excellent presentation, communication, verbal/written and relationship building skills.Ability to develop effective partnerships and influence colleagues across cross-functional teams at all levels within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and a data-driven mindset.Skilled at translating business needs into digital strategy and communicating that strategy effectively to marketing and sales.Ability to be flexible and amenable to change.
