The Product Marketing Specialist will support sustaining project deliverables and assist in tactically executing new product introductions and the overall strategy to drive brand awareness for all product categories.The Product Marketing Specialist will possess an understanding of the product marketing process, branding principles, a passion for marketing and support the development and implementation of actionable marketing strategies which will successfully grow Current and individual brand identities.Essential Responsibilities:Sustaining Product Initiatives – support and drive execution of cross-category sustaining product initiatives. Includes, but not limited to, collateral updates, website updates, trade show support and content development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in design, messaging and strategic priorities.Cross-Category Marketing Support – Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers and Product Managers, Designers and Engineering to assist with executing effective marketing content supporting brand initiatives.Support Brand Commercialization Excellence – Participate in the enhancement of the individual product brands by supporting Product Marketing Managers in developing consistent messaging, campaigns, and visual identity across all marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.Product Lifecycle Management – Support Product Marketing Managers in the production of product lifecycle materials; from conception to end-of-life, including product/brand updates, improvements and discontinuations.Sales Enablement – Work closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers and Sales to support the development of the necessary resources to effectively communicate brand messaging and strategic priorities to our end-user personas.Brand Performance Analytics – Support Product Marketing Managers in the preparation of analytics used to track and measure the success of brand marketing initiatives. Generate dashboard reports, analyze results, and present to senior leadership.Qualifications/Requirements:Minimum 2-4 years of Product Marketing experienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fieldFoundational experience supporting product marketing and brand developmentExperience constructing or contributing to marketing plans encompassing strategy, customer research, competitive analysis, product requirements and messagingProven experience driving excellence from product management teamsExperience working with cross-functional teams within the product development cycle to support NPI and sales growthDemonstrable experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executives, brand leadership, product management, product marketing, customer service, and salesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong decision-making, detail orientation, multi-tasking and execution abilities under tight deadlinesCompensationThe position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more.
