Product Marketing Manager, Global Industry MarketingWe are looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Global Industry Marketing, to lead our annual go-to-market strategy planning and orchestration. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing/Sales/Product/Partner to pinpoint market opportunities and customer needs to define our go-to-market approach, assess the market size and opportunities to inform prioritization that will best support the business’ objective and target outcomes. You will also be responsible for developing and refining operational rhythm and creating a streamlined process so that at every stage of cross-company planning, the desired results are clear, everyone is up to date on what they need to be working on and why, and how they are expected to work together effectively.The Microsoft Global Industry Marketing team is at the forefront of innovating products and capabilities that build resilience and drive innovation with Microsoft Cloud industry solutions. Conduct market opportunity analysis on customer needs and market signalsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to gather input and garner support for industry go-to-market strategy and prioritizationManage and orchestrate planning workback and timeline with clear milestonesRun weekly PMM meetings for internal marketing and communicationsEngage in regular executive planning reviewsParticipate in cross-company planning rhythm of businessOversee content intake and publication of key industry marketing assetsDesign and oversee the content performance reporting dashboard to track marketing return on investment (ROI) and drive insights, contribute to future marketing asset development plan.Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experienceFoundational marketing knowledge of understanding customer needs and market trend, and our positioning and value prop that informs our go-to-market strategy.Experience in marketing communications and marketing operationsProject management skills with high level of adaptability quickly adjust to changing business context and needs.Clear communication skillsExperience in highly collaborative environments, leading cross-team projections, with the ability to influence and lead others.Familiar with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS technology and Microsoft’s product solutionsFamiliar with Microsoft’s customer engagement journey & methodology and field/partner motions.
