Do you want to be part of a team that is dedicated to bringing new products and experiences to millions of users?The Microsoft 365 core apps team is looking for a motivated Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to help us craft and execute on the communication and engagement plan for the next wave of creation and collaboration applications in Microsoft 365.In this dynamic role you will work closely with partners both within and outside the company to create messaging and initiatives that generate awareness, excitement, and adoption of cutting-edge applications like Microsoft Loop, Clipchamp, and Microsoft Designer (inc. Copilot inside of these applications). Equip the field teams with the tools they need to promote M365 core apps awareness, trial, and adoption.Own the strategy and execution on how to connect product value to customers with the new wave of productivity tools.Partner closely with cross-functional product and marketing teams to build creative and content to maximize potential reach and impact.Collaborate with other M365 marketing teams to incorporate M365 core apps into their marketing plans.Support customer facing pitches and trainings then incorporate feedback and learnings into product development and marketing strategy.Define experimentation opportunities, success metrics, and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) for owned outbound workstreams.Understand competitor product and strategy to influence content creation and channel strategy for target audience.Build a community of advocates to drive brand love with existing and net new M365 customers.Exercise creativity in approach to connecting product value with customers with external partnerships to maximize impact.Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years' experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in businessOR equivalent experienceAdditional Or Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years' experience in businessOR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years' experience in businessOR equivalent experienceDemonstrates and advocates for diversity, inclusion, and equity in line with Microsoft’s culture and commitment in daily interactions, in the products we sell and in the way we bring them to marketSkilled in problem solving, and collaborating across disciplines and organizations, with proficient oral, and written communications skillsThe typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
