Come join us!About the role:

Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Marketing team as the Associate Marketing Project Manager. As Associate Marketing Project Manager, you will play a key role in bringing our campaigns, content, and product launches to customers on time in full delivery. You’re not organized just for the sake of it; you believe it leads to greater efficiency and getting things done leaves you feeling accomplished. When there’s a problem or challenge, you find ways to work around it to accomplish your goal.You love to look for ways to make your co-workers more efficient and happier by creating synergies and keeping projects on track. You can spot issues using data and are proactive in finding ways to solve them. You’re dependable, analytical, and a team player who will enable those around you to stay on task and ensure priorities are met consistently.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Work directly with Marketing team leads to manage Brand campaigns and champion communication with external agencies.Work with Partnerships & Activations team to manage all Partnerships, Events, and Activation timelines and deliverables.Work cross-functionally with Sales and Retail teams to coordinate Retail Marketing activities.Act as contact for submission of cross-functional and external partner marketing assets; facilitates internal routing for review.Build asset trackers to ensure content, creative, and video are on time for campaign delivery.Team asset librarian & data manager (organize and tag content in digital asset management system).Manage deliverables (and specs) spreadsheets with Marketing teams & external agencies.Schedule pre-production meetings between designers and 3rd party vendors.Actively participate in internal creative reviews and provide guidance to ensure all work delivers against the marketing strategy and project timelines.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.1+ years of experience in project or traffic management in an advertising agency or in-house agency environment is preferred.Experience managing partnerships and event activations.Experience with Retail Marketing initiatives.Experience prioritizing multiple projects and tasks with changing requirements.Incredibly strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Strong organizational and teamwork skills, ability to multi-task.What We Give:

Office environment with flexibility for industry events.The expected base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000.
