You will play a prominent role in defining foundational product features, establishing user research processes, and designing beautiful, hard-working interfaces to power money movement, account opening, regulatory monitoring, and industry-leading developer experiences. In addition, you'll work directly with our product, product design, and engineering teams to explore, validate, test, and iterate on new product experiences and features. Collaborate closely with our Product Team to define, validate, and evaluate new projects.Learn the ins and outs of the financial services that power fintech business in the United States.Lead user research practices to help set product design strategy, validation, and practice.Work with our Product Design Team to take projects from ideas to wireframes to pixel-perfect interfaces.Work closely with our Engineering Team to build and scope your designs.Help refine and maintain the patterns for Treasury Prime's design system.Spark joy in our users through seamless interfaces, engaging details, and thorough workflows.Help build the strategic vision for the future customer experience of our API platform and network products.Support and be supported by the whole Design Team at Treasury Prime by participating in our open and collaborative critique culture.What You Have
