Senior Marketing Planning Analyst Systems

As part of the Marketing Business Planning group, the Senior Marketing Planning Analyst - Systems will help to drive growth by understanding the fundamental data within the business and leveraging it to partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and other functions to ensure all levels of the organization have the appropriate information to make effective decisions that drive business results. He or she will familiarize themselves with business methodologies and partner with IT to provide accurate data to their stakeholders. It is ideal for an individual that is highly detail-oriented, takes initiative, has excellent data and systems skills and can handle a fast paced, ever changing environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and maintain the underlying infrastructure of Einstein AnalyticsPartner with key stakeholders to identify ongoing business needs and instrument scalable solutions to achieve resultsBuild complex tools and dashboards to visualize business performance and operationalize dataPartner with IT to provide timely and accurate data to various stakeholdersIdentify gaps in the data and drive solutions to “connect the dots”Continue to advance data quality efforts within enterprise systems such as Salesforce.com to ensure all users can access accurate and timely dataOngoing ad hoc analysis of markets, organizations, industries and productsEXPERIENCE:BA/BS in statistics, computer science, economics or equivalent fieldsMinimum of 4-7 years of related experience in high growth companiesRecord of strong advancement and achievementStrong business and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of dataAdvanced experience with SQL, SOQL, SAQL JSON, MS Access/Excel, or other related tools requiredPrior Salesforce.com a mustPrior experience building in Einstein Analytics requiredTableau, SAP/BI or other analytical tools a plusStrong relationship building, communication, and presentation skillsAbility and desire to work in a fast paced and continually evolving environment
