Job Summary: We are seeking a
Senior Marketing Technology Analyst
to play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing core marketing technologies, including our marketing data warehouse, identity management systems, and customer data platforms. As the subject matter expert on marketing data and technological capabilities, you will drive the development of a data-first culture within our Marketing team. Your mission is to create, maintain, and champion a comprehensive 360-degree view of our customers, ensuring actionable insights are seamlessly integrated across all member touchpoints. The ideal candidate excels at building practical, innovative solutions and leverages technology to address real-world business challenges effectively. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus but not required. Well organized, detail-oriented, and customer service focused. Curious about data and its relation to the customer and business. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving, and deadline-driven environment. Expertise with HubSpot or Big Data tools and platforms (Snowflake, Big Query, AWS, Simon Data). Expert level SQL and at least one additional scripting or 4GL language. Experience setting up a CRM platform from scratch. Experience with MDM technologies. Experience with integration patterns including web hooks, API, ELT, and ETL. Experience with diagramming tools (Lucid Chart, Visio). 5+ years’ experience in IT or a technical business function. 5+ years’ experience with SQL and database programming, modeling, or administration. Responsibilities: How You'll Shine: Act as the central authority on marketing data architecture and technological capabilities, ensuring systems are scalable and aligned with organizational goals. Develop and promote a comprehensive 360-degree customer view, enabling personalized, data-driven interactions across all touchpoints. Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver technological solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Lead efforts to improve data quality, integration, and accessibility across marketing systems. Foster a culture of data and technology adoption within the marketing organization, encouraging innovation and data-driven decision-making. Skills: Expertise with HubSpot or Big Data platforms (Snowflake, Big Query, AWS, Simon Data). Expertise in SQL and at least one other scripting language.
