Position Description

You will be instrumental in building and communicating business processes to our clients. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will be highly valued in this high-profile position. Provide external (client) communication support for the CGI Service Delivery Leads to help solve complex client business processes and problems.Analyze complex client processes and business problems; identifying alternative solutions and/or assisting clients to understand gaps in business functions/processes typically served by technology.Facilitate sessions/meetings with client lines of businesses or CGI Service Delivery Leads to obtain requirements for processes to be developed and/or maintained.Develop and/or contribute to policies, training materials, process documents, standard operating procedures, and other external (client) communications.Perform non-routine and complex assignments with little guidance regarding review.Improve our client-facing materials with each communication.Participate in project status meetings, internally and with the client.Escalate appropriately critical unresolved issues, including recommendations for resolution.Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive tasks through to completion.Demonstrate the ability to provide information and ideas in a clear, comprehensive, concise, and organized manner.Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines on time and able to balance multiple deliverables at once.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to quickly acquire extensive subject matter expertise.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications.
