Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate role will be tasked with campaign development, execution and promotion of campaigns, event planning, award submissions, and supporting multiple sales professionals to reach the firm’s target audience.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute communications, including newsletters, invitations, social media, case studies, website, email and Public Relations (in coordination with firm’s PR agency)Manage drafting and editing of short and long-form content, such as newsletters, email campaigns and blog posts; manage internal communications and Compliance reviewUpdate marketing collateral, including factsheets, presentations, brochures and event invitationsAssist in drafting marketing materials including one pagers, brochures and presentationsCollect and help to analyze campaign performance data to gain insights and formulate strategic next stepsAssist in management of email and social media campaigns, including A/B testing, budget-tracking and engagement analysisSupport administration of marketing automation program HubSpot, including building assets, ensuring clean data, promoting positive internal user experience and seamless reportingQualificationsBachelors’ degree, preferably in MarketingExperience in a marketing/communications role preferably in the Financial Services industryEvent planning experiencePrevious experience in developing content i.e. newsletters, websites, articles, and graphicsPast experience managing social media platforms including LinkedInSuperior verbal and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests within deadlinesSuccessful track record in managing projectsWhy work with us?We offer a base salary with an aggressive commission structure that does not place a cap on total earnings.Working for a company that allows you to be "human" at work9 paid holidays2 weeks of paid time off (PTO)40 hours of sick time401k plan with company matchHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance with substantial company contributionShort and Long-Term Disability insurance with substantial company contributionFlexible spending and Health savings accounts availableReimbursement for cell phone bill
