The Marketing Associate will support the marketing team in executing various marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who can contribute to developing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.If you are passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and driving sales growth in a dynamic industry, we invite you to apply and be a driving force in propelling VersaDesk to the forefront of the industry.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.)Create and curate content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materialsConduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive analysisSupport the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentationsManage and update the company’s website and social media accountsAssist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and webinarsCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement lead generation strategiesMonitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and HubSpotMaintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materialsSupport the marketing team with administrative tasks and special projects as neededBasic RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field1-3 years of experience in a marketing roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms)Experience with social media management and content creationAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCreative thinking and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of SEO and SEM principles is a plus
