The TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and other third parties in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users.

We are looking for experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar and make TikTok the best place to get inspired and express creativity.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the product strategy for TikTok Ads Creative & Ecosystem, including identifying key market opportunities, setting product roadmaps, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets.Work as the product manager for TikTok Creative Challenge, own product strategy and roadmap, prioritize, align and deliver on clear product goals and success metrics.Define TikTok's role and strategy in the advertising creative ecosystem, delivering product enhancement and innovation that maximizes long-term growth.Develop an in-depth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creative production supplier) for advertising creatives, and execute product improvements to drive adoption and retention.Drive execution through working directly with engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.Educate and influence both internal leadership and external stakeholders on TikTok's ads creative and ecosystem strategy.

Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of product management experience, building products/tools related to marketplace, performance advertising, and creative tools.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.Strong experience with the TikTok ecosystem, including the TikTok app, its related products, and its user community.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with multi-project management and execution in a cross-functional environment.Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role.Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Information:Compensation Description (annually):The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165,000 - $414,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
