You will be responsible for building and nurturing a vibrant and engaged student advocacy community. You will help foster connections, facilitate communication, and empower student advocates to make a positive impact within the Design and Make communities we serve. You will report to the Senior Manager, Student Advocacy. This position could be remote or hybrid depending on your location.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to build a student advocacy community, fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.Create and manage online platforms, such as contests, social media groups, and collaboration tools, to facilitate communication and collaboration within the student community.Provide guidance to student advocates, helping them develop their advocacy skills, amplify their voices, and navigate challenges.Organize and facilitate regular meetings, events, and workshops to foster networking, knowledge sharing, and collaboration among student advocates.Collect and analyze feedback from student advocates to improve the student advocacy community and program.Minimum QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and project management, with the ability to manage events, meetings, and workshops.Knowledge of community management and social media tools to facilitate connections and collaboration.Understanding of student engagement and best practices in student advocacy and community engagement.Proficiency in using technology and software applications relevant to community management.Previous experience in ambassador programs, community engagement, student affairs, or a related field.Early career candidates are encouraged to apply.Equal Employment OpportunityAt Autodesk, we're building a diverse workplace and an inclusive culture to give more people the chance to imagine, design, and make a better world.
